RETURN POLICY

Exchange Policy

Once your products are delivered, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a 1-to-1 exchange if any issues are detected.

To ensure the exchange is valid:

  • The invoice must be presented for verification.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging within the 3-day period.

Warranty Policies

Our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, free servicing and replacement of parts will be provided if the product fails to function under normal use as per the user manual. You can find more details about the warranty period on individual product pages or in your invoice.

Note: The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Cosmetic appearance and general wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling (except when only the packaging is opened).
  • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters).

On-Site Servicing

OTO will perform servicing within the scope of the warranty or as scheduled. However, we are not obligated to transport the product from its location. If transportation is required, additional charges may apply. Please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.

On-site servicing is available for selected products during the warranty period. If your product is out of warranty but requires servicing, we still offer service, though it will be chargeable.

Note: Transportation and service charges vary depending on the product after the warranty period.
